This traditional bamboo whisk, or chasen, from Moya Matcha is crafted from a single piece of bamboo with 100 fine, handmade prongs. To use, whisk the matcha and water vigorously in a zigzag (not circular) motion for about 20 seconds until you have a lovely jade-green foam.
A matcha tea whisk holder is sold separately.
